Meet Mike

Mike served in the Marine Corps Special Operations Command for 10 years. He discovered his love of skydiving in 2014 and began his professional career as a flight instructor and skydive body flight coach in 2018. Since then he has competed in the US Bodyflight National Championships in 2-way VFS Open, 4-way VFS Open, Dynamic 2-Way and 4-Way Open, Solo Speed and Freestyle Open, as well as the USPA National Championship in Freestyle Open. He’s immersed himself in the community by attending many skydiving skills camps and events, and hosting, leading and coaching angle camps both locally and as part of the XP Ascend Angle team. He loves to promote teamwork and group flying skills for all skill levels and hopes to build a strong community ready to push the sport of skydiving forward.

Meet Sam

Sam has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and works as an Aerospace Research Engineer at NASA. She specializes in experimental wind tunnel testing. Outside of working with the wind, she is flying in the wind. She started skydiving in 2019 and immediately fell in love. Since then, she’s competed in the US Bodyflight National Championships for Dynamic 2-Way and 4-Way Open, USPA National Championships in Freestyle Open, and several World Cup Events. She loves the learning and personal growth that accompanies the pursuit of her big flying goals. She hopes to be a female leader in the skydiving community and continue to push hard, progress, and encourage others to do the same.
